Ashley & Chris | Orlando Maternity Photography

Ashley & Chris are expecting their first son Landon (love that name!) in the Spring. Although Ashley is only about 7 months along, she wanted to take advantage of her vacation to sunny Orlando and away from the freezing cold temps up north to capture her and her hubby’s maternity portraits. She wanted something a little beachy, but being in Central Florida we didn’t exactly want to drive to the coast. We decided instead that the Disney Yacht & Beach club would be the perfect compromise. Of course the entire boardwalk area is gorgeous from the appropriately blue buildings, to the gazebo, to the lighthouse– so there was no shortage of cute places to capture this new mommy & daddy to be!

Once the sun started to come down over the water though we kicked off our shoes and had a little fun in the sand for that more authentic Florida experience. I had a great time capturing this new and exciting time in their lives and the best part of it is I am going to get to meet baby Landon later this year when Ashley & Chris return to Orlando for a wedding! (Bet you won’t guess who is photographing said wedding… :-) ) Eeeeek! I can’t wait to meet their little man and I’m pretty sure I’m not alone in that sentiment. For the time being though, feast your eyes on the cuteness that are his parents.
