I recently had the pleasure of assisting on Patricia and Matt’s beautiful Summer wedding in Orlando. Their day started nearby at the Aloft Hotel in downtown where this couple and their bridal party, who all traveled in from Dallas, were enjoying the wonders that is extreme Florida humidity! Luckily their ceremony location was just down the street at the Trinity Lutheran Church. This historic venue features stunning stained glass and a balcony which is my fave spot to capture moments from. Not to mention I got to hang out with the organist up there which is just cool! ;-) After a touching ceremony officiated by the groom’s father, the newlyweds headed to the Historic Dubsdread ballroom for their cocktail hour and wedding reception.
Dubsdread is definitely a favorite venue of mine– the twinkle lights and fireplace are just so charming. Anna Christine events & Bluegrass Chic really outdid themselves with the decor and floral arrangements. The classy white, blush pink & gold sparkle theme looked incredible in that space and all of the details came together perfectly. The popcorn guest favors were so adorable & fun and you guys know I am literally obsessed with popcorn. They also personalized their day even further by including old pictures of each of them on their table numbers as a fun throwback to their childhoods. Everything was so meticulously thought out and executed and I was certainly a very happy photographer to have been able to capture it all!
I hope you enjoy a handful of my favorite images from their awesome wedding day below!
