Zeena & Jose | Orlando Engagement Photography

When Jose and Zee contacted me to capture their engagement photos I was elated! Jose and I worked closely together for many years back in my days in corporate America. I was even his “boss” for a short period, although I pretty much let him do whatever he wanted, ha! Although I don’t miss the corporate lifestyle, the awesome people like Jose who I worked with I definitely missed. So when he announced he had proposed to his incredible girlfriend Zeena I secretly had my fingers crossed that I’d get the call to photograph them! Lucky me :) It was such a blast wandering around downtown Orlando, where they met, to different graffiti walls around town to capture something unique and colorful to match this super fun duos personalities. We ended the session in front of what used to be ‘Wine Down Wednesday’ on Church Street which is where they met about a year ago. (Funny story I was actually there hanging out with Jose and some other friends when Zee totally hit on him!) It was so great to go back to the spot where it all started, along with a bottle of wine of course. I can’t wait to photograph their appropriately wine-themed wedding day in Winter Park in January– it’s going to be amazing!
