Jessica and Matt love to spend their free time on their boat which is actually where Matt popped the question! So for their engagement photo session it was important that we incorporated water into their portraits. When I suggested Kraft Azalea gardens in Winter Park, Jessica fell in love with the big mossy trees at this beautiful lakeside park. We met there about an hour and a half before sunset and had a great time doing a little exploring.

Once the sun started to go down, we headed down the road to Dinky Dock park at Rollins College to catch the sunset on the pier. We even had a couple of adorable ducks (who I’m convinced were also a couple!) photo bomb a few pics– so cute! I am so excited to capture Jessica & Matt’s big day at the Lake Mary Event Center next Spring. Until then, enjoy some of my favorites from their engagement sesh below!
