Darlyn & Sammy | Orlando Engagement Photographer

This crazy gorgeous couple traveled all the way from New Jersey for some sun-shining Florida inspired engagement photos! Okay, well they were actually here to visit a friend in Lake Mary and took advantage of their mini vacay to celebrate their engagement with me. ;-)  But with them being from up north I had to make sure to deliver the best Orlando has to offer and shooting at Rollins College in Winter Park never disappoints. Luckily mother nature blessed with with lots of pretty sun to work with too despite there originally being rain in the forecast. (Ah, the joys of unpredictable Summer weather in Central Florida!)

We had an awesome time exploring the campus– I always take a new path when I photograph there and this time we stumbled upon the infamous wall of green ivy. It was picture perfect! Of course the paved brick paths and plentiful archways are also faves of mine. They even got some unexpected love from a huge group of kids that were there for Summer camp!

They danced, they hugged, they laughed, they kissed… it was freakin perfect if you ask me. And can we talk about Darlyn’s engagement ring for a second!? So pretty! I love setting up cool ring shots and I was super happy with the images I got of her sparkly rock. Anyway I might be a tiny bit biased since I happen to be the photographer, so I’ll just let you judge for yourself. It was a challenge to narrow them down, but without further delay here are a few of my favorite-favorite images from their fun & romantic engagement session.
