Ginnie & Dillon | Orlando Proposal Photographer

It’s no secret that I love a good over-the-top type of proposal! :) Being a part of planning something so special and exciting gets me so revved up. I love being able to brainstorm ideas and help my client’s come up with the most picture perfect proposal for their future fiance.

When Dillon first emailed me, he had a few general ideas but no clue how to put together the pieces. As we talked I asked him more about his girlfriend and he mentioned that they would be visiting from out of town and he really wanted to show her the city. He also mentioned that she really loved sunset. As we tossed around a few ideas I suggested that he reach out to my friends over at The Balcony which is a gorgeous rooftop venue in downtown Orlando.

I knew this would make for the most stunning photos of the Orlando skyline. I also knew from experience that the sun sets directly over the venue so the evening views there are to die for! Dillon was sold and the amazing staff at The Balcony took such great care of him. (Thanks Fran!) Together the 3 of us exchanged super secret emails as we planned the cover story, the decorations and the wine & desserts.

When Ginnie arrived she was truly stunned. There was a path of long stem red roses and photos of them hanging on the market lights. The path led up to a cocktail table with beautiful desserts, a bottle of wine and most importantly– a shiny ring. Of course she said YES! right as the sun was setting over the city. It was truly breathtaking in every way and I’m so honored to have been able to capture this once-in-a-lifetime moment for them.
