Orlando Engagement Photographer | Venus & Michael

These two adorable sweethearts will be tying the knot this Fall (and I can’t wait)! If they look a little familiar it’s probably because you saw them as my models for a black swan themed wedding inspiration shoot that I captured earlier this year! Venus is actually a real-life ballerina and had just gotten engaged to her hunky boyfriend Michael at the time so it was the perfect opportunity to have them both model for me.We even fooled a few of their family members into thinking they had actually eloped, haha! They were absolutely amazing to work with as models. Of course I was beyond thrilled when they approached me a few months later and asked me to be their OFFICIAL wedding photographer and videographer! ;) You already know I said “yes!” 

For their engagement photos, we decided on historic Winter Garden as the backdrop. Just west of Orlando, I love this area because it’s super charming and romantic which was just perfect for these two. They have this amazing chemistry together as though they were teenagers in high school and it’s really the sweetest thing to capture. I had an incredible time shooting them a second time! I love that they went a little formal with their attire. It really added that extra touch of elegance to their super romantic shoot. Our photo session was filled with giggles, cuddles and even an awesome dance lift at the end– it was truly epic. I’m so excited for their wedding day this September at St. James Cathedral and Orchid Garden in downtown Orlando. I know it’s going to be absolutely gorgeous.
