If you follow my blog you might remember these beautiful ladies from their surprise proposal I photographed last year on the beach! I can’t even begin to describe how incredible their proposal was and I immediately fell in love with these two. So when they asked me to be their wedding photographer a few months later I was just thrilled. I’m so glad they decided to do an official engagement photography session and this time they brought along the newest addition to their family– their puppy Bennett! OMG, I don’t think I have never seen a cuter little puppy in all of my life. (Sorry to my dogs Melo & Paris– luckily they won’t see this.) He’s like a living, breathing stuffed animal– so stinkin cute.
Despite Bennett’s extreme adorableness, Whitney & Alicia were still the shining stars of this session. They way they look at each other is really something special and their connection is undeniable. I hardly even had to pose them! I can literally just tell them “go stand over there” and before I even get the chance to give them with some direction they will do the cutest things together. I’m just like “Yeah! Keep doing THAT!” :) I think it’s safe to say the camera loves them for sure.
They also brought along some cute props which featured their upcoming wedding date, their real future last initial (A for Albert) and their ‘pretend’ couple name “The Baes” which their friends dubbed them! So funny. It was awesome to hang out with these two for a second time before their wedding day (lucky me!) and I seriously can’t wait for their big day next month. I’m all kinds of excited!! Till then here are a few of my faves from their official engagement photography session at Dickson Azalea park.
