These two adorable sweethearts live in Sarasota, but are getting married later this year in New York which is where they are both from! Although they are having an elegant wintery wedding upstate, they wanted a vibrant and fun vibe for their engagement session! Seeing as though they are both huge Disney lovers and annual passholders AND they got engaged during the Wishes fireworks show, they thought it would be perfect to use the Boardwalk Inn as the backdrop for their shoot. I’m a huge fan of the boardwalk myself as I shoot here often and there are sooo many great spots for photos so I thought it was a perfect idea!

The weather was absolutely beautiful as it usually is this time of year, but it has been unusually windy lately! So much so that we even discussed rescheduling their session because the wind gusts in the forecast were off the charts. Nonetheless, since they were only in Orlando for a limited time they decided to be troopers and just have fun with the wind and that’s exactly what they did! Hair was blowing everywhere and the laughs were endless. It was actually pretty darn awesome. Caitlin has an infectious smile and I could instantly tell that these two could make the best out of anything! It makes my job that much easier when couples are just willing to relax and roll with the punches and well… I might be biased, but I feel like we got some pretty amazing photos in the process! :-) But I will let you be the judge!
