This engagement photo session is a tiny bit overdue, but no less important and certainly better late than never!! :) Rose and James were such a blast to capture and even though we got a bit of a late start due to some minor tie tying issues (thanks for the help YouTube!) we had an amazing time wandering around Rollins College for their engagement session. There’s just something about these two– James with his quiet yet awesomely sarcastic sense of humor and Rose with her expressive beaming smile. I don’t know.. I pretty much just love them and I can’t quite but my finger what it is, but I do!
Rose chose to incorporate a pretty blush dress and matching tie for James to coordinate with their wedding colors and they both looked great without being overly matchy-matchy. Nice job Rose! Their outfit choice fit in beautifully with the scenery at Rollins. I just love it there.. I could walk around for hours and always find great new spots to shoot at. The architecture has a great old-world feel and there are tons of paved walkways and lush landscaping. It’s so versatile there and is definitely one of my favorite locations around Orlando to photograph at.
The highlight of the session however, was when Rose & James decided to whip out the bunny heads!! Yes I said bunny heads. :) I always love it when couples bring something fun to their session that shows off their personalities, but seriously this takes the cake. And it really does represent the fun-loving and goofy side of their relationship which is probably why I love them so much. I’m honestly just kind of upset that I don’t have these bunny heads in my arsenal for future photo shoots! But hey, I guess it will always be our “thing” right!? It was so much fun to capture these two so please enjoy some of my faves from their engagement shoot below and stay tuned for their wedding day highlights coming up veeeerrrry soon.
