This sweet couple was married on a warm day in June at the gorgeous Ballroom at Church Street in Downtown Orlando– the perfect spot for a super chic, elegant (and air conditioned!) summer wedding in Florida. I absolutely adore the historic charm of this unique Orlando venue. The exposed brick is to die for and the stained glass windows are a wedding photographers dream come true! I also loved how spacious the meeting rooms were for the bride and groom to get ready alongside their bridal party.
Chelsea & Chris opted for a first touch before the ceremony so they could pray together. Let’s just say there was not a dry eye to be found–myself included. They also chose to have their ceremony in main atrium which features those incredible stained glass windows, brick floors and a grand staircase that will make any bride feel like a princess as she walks down the aisle to her future husband. So romantic!
After they said their “I do’s” guests enjoyed cocktail hour upstairs while the couple visited the courtyard for some portraits. Their reception was in the grand ballroom where their blush and gold theme was executed beautifully. I loved that they had lots of personal touches from their Mr. & Mrs. Wilson cake topper to the vintage sword they used to cut their cake. This sword belonged to Chris’ grandfather and it was an amazing way to honor his legacy. Their guests had a great time partying it up on the dance floor and goofing off in the photo booth all night. Enjoy some of the highlights from their gorgeous nuptials below!
