As one of Orlando’s newest luxury wedding venues, Evermore feels completely different from anywhere else in Central Florida. It has the atmosphere of a tropical destination wedding while still being incredibly convenient for guests traveling to Orlando. Between the crystal clear lagoon, modern architecture, lush landscaping, and endless photo opportunities, it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite places to photograph. ✨

A Colorful Spring Wedding at Evermore Resort
Amanda and Chris were married on a beautiful April afternoon surrounded by vibrant spring florals that immediately caught everyone’s attention.
Their ceremony arch overflowed with shades of fuchsia, coral, purple, orange, and pink, creating a stunning contrast against the clean, modern architecture of Evermore Resort. The colorful floral design continued down the aisle before carrying into the reception, bringing every space together while letting the venue itself shine.
One thing I loved throughout the day was how the bright florals complemented the neutral tones of the property. It created photographs that feel timeless while still being full of personality.
One of the Best First Look Locations at Evermore Resort
Without question, my favorite part of the day was Amanda and Chris’s first look.
Instead of meeting in a garden or tucked away along a pathway, they chose the glass bridge overlooking Evermore’s breathtaking lagoon.
The entire space feels like it was designed for moments like this. Natural light pours in from every direction while the turquoise water stretches out behind them. The floor to ceiling glass creates beautiful reflections, giving the entire scene a clean, modern feel that photographs beautifully from every angle.
As Amanda walked toward Chris, you could feel the anticipation building. Once they saw each other, everything else seemed to disappear for a few quiet minutes.
Beyond being an incredible photo location, it also gave them a chance to slow down, exchange private vows, and simply enjoy being together before the celebration officially began. 🤍
Why Evermore Resort Is a Dream Wedding Venue
Some wedding venues have one or two beautiful portrait locations.
Evermore feels like every corner was thoughtfully designed with weddings in mind.
Throughout the day we moved effortlessly from the glass bridge to palm lined walkways, colorful gardens, waterfront paths, and contemporary architecture overlooking the lagoon. Every location offered a completely different look without ever leaving the property.
That variety is something couples don’t always think about while planning, but it makes such a difference in the final gallery. Amanda and Chris’s photos have so much variety, yet everything still feels cohesive because the entire resort shares the same elevated, modern aesthetic.
A Reception Filled With Golden Light
As the sun began to set, everyone gathered inside Evermore’s stunning reception space.
The ballroom might be one of my favorite reception rooms in Orlando.
Vaulted wood ceilings, dramatic windows overlooking the lagoon, and clean architectural lines make it beautiful on their own. Then golden hour arrived.
The evening sunlight poured through the floor to ceiling windows, filling the room with the kind of warm light photographers dream about. Before guests found their seats, Amanda and Chris took a few moments to admire the room together, soaking it all in before the celebration continued.
Those quiet moments often become some of my favorites because they’re some of the only chances couples get to pause and truly experience their wedding day.
Cocktail Hour With a View… From the Water
One of the most unique parts of Amanda and Chris’s wedding happened during cocktail hour.
While their guests enjoyed drinks and mingled from the second floor terrace overlooking the lagoon, Amanda and Chris climbed aboard one of Evermore’s beautiful wooden Chris Craft boats for a private ride across the water.
As they cruised through the lagoon, they waved up to their family and friends watching from above, who waved right back. It turned cocktail hour into part of the celebration instead of simply time spent away taking portraits.
Not many venues can offer an experience like that.
With the resort reflected across the water and the warm evening light settling in, it felt like something you’d expect during a luxury vacation. It’s details like these that make an Evermore Resort wedding feel truly unforgettable.
Why I Can’t Wait to Photograph Another Evermore Resort Wedding
After photographing Amanda and Chris’s wedding, it’s easy to see why Evermore Resort is quickly becoming one of the most sought after wedding venues in Orlando.
The combination of modern architecture, tropical landscaping, waterfront views, and unique experiences gives couples so many opportunities to create a wedding that feels elevated without feeling overdone. Whether it’s sharing a first look on the glass bridge, exchanging vows beside the lagoon, or ending cocktail hour with a boat ride across the water, every part of the day feels intentional.
